Rules, Terms and Conditions

By the act(s) of: Visiting our Internet website; Opening an account at the Crazy Poker Room, either via the website or any other means; Downloading the software or obtaining it by any other means; Installing the software; Operating the software; Making use of any guest or real account at the casino; Accepting any prize from the casino;

1. The Player warrants and certifies their understanding and acceptance of the rules, terms and conditions set forth below: The Player becomes party to and agrees to abide by all of the rules, terms and conditions specified by the Poker Room, including any revisions that may take place periodically. The player specifically agrees to abide by the rules of eligibility as set out above.
   
   
2. The Player agrees not to open, use or reuse an account at the Poker Room, nor participate at the Poker Room, nor accept any prize from the Poker Room if they do not fully understand, agree to become party to and abide by all rules, terms and conditions specified or revised periodically on this website.
   
   
3. The Player agrees to review at least once a month these rules, terms and conditions as specified on this website. The Player warrants that there are no legal or other restrictions or prohibitions on their participation at the Poker Room within their jurisdiction.
   
   
4. The Player accepts that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether or not online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction.
   
   
5. The Player is an "adult" over the legal age of majority, as legally defined and / or accepted within their jurisdiction.
   
   
6. The Player does not find our website, software, promotional or other material to be in any way offensive, indecent, objectionable or obscene.
   
   
7. The Player will not allow any third party to use their account(s) at the Poker Room, nor to make use of the software, nor to accept any prize from the Poker Room. In particular, the Player shall not allow any minor child any form of access to any of the above.
   
   
8. Players cannot have multiple Aliases. Each Player has only one Alias across all Poker Rooms on the Prima Poker Network.
   
   
9. No offensive Aliases are permitted. If you select an Alias that is considered offensive, your Alias is rejected, and you must select another Alias.
   
   
10. Players cannot change their Alias.
    
    
11. The Player accepts and understands that no purchase or betting is required in order to obtain and operate the software.
    
    
12. The Player indemnifies the Crazy Poker Room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any transaction of the Player at the Poker Room. Such transactions shall include but not necessarily be limited to the Player's:
    1. Entry, use or re-use of this website
    2. Use or re-use of any materials at or obtained from the website
    3. Entry, use or re-use of the Poker Room server
    4. Participation at this online Poker Room
    5. Acceptance of any prize from this online Poker Room
    6. Use or re-use of the Poker Room software, whether downloaded from the website or obtained by any other means
       
       
13. The Player further and specifically indemnifies the Crazy Poker Room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all interaction with the Poker Room and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Player's jurisdiction.
    
    
14. The Player obtains no rights to the Crazy Poker Room and the Crazy Vegas Casino trade name, specific terms, or any other terms or materials contained in the website or the software.
    
    
15. In the event of the Player applying for a real money account at the Poker Room, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the Poker Room.
    
    
16. The Player accepts that prior to releasing any winnings, the Crazy Poker Room reserves the right to conduct a security review and perform account identifications processes and to require you to provide such identification or other information or documentation as the Poker Room deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, the Poker Room reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
    
    
17. The Crazy Poker Room reserves the right to refuse access to the Poker Room to any person.
    
    
18. If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be transferred to a suspense account at Crazy Poker.
    
    
19. You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account.
    
    
20. Should a discrepancy exist between the terms and conditions on the Crazy Poker website and those found in the poker client, the terms in the poker client will take precedence.
    
    
21. Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms and conditions are based on Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5), unless otherwise stated.
    
    
22. Crazy Poker reserves the right to withhold any bonus at their sole discretion.
    
    
23. Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.
    
    
24. Crazy Poker management reserves the right to end or change any promotional offer at any time.
    
    
25. Transfer of funds between player accounts will be accommodated, but only on the presentation of written requests from both parties.

Inter-Account Transfers

1. Once a transfer has been made to another account, Crazy poker cannot be held liable for the transfer and will not transfer money back to the transferors account; unless requested and authorized by the receiver of the funds.
   
   
2. Crazy poker reserves the right to reject any Inter-account Transfer request or to reverse any Inter-account Transfer upon suspicion of a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. The recipient as well as the transferee will need to submit "full documentation" to the Cashier before the money transfer is initiated.
   
   
4. The client must acknowledge that when requesting an Inter-account Transfer, that it is only for the purpose of playing poker at Crazy poker, and not for any other purposes.
   
   
5. It must be agreed that the recipient will have to play the higher of at least 50 raked hands or the numerical equivalent of 25% of the transferred amount in raked hands before withdrawing the transferred money (for example if $50 is transferred then the recipient must play 50 raked hands with that transferred money as 25% of $50 amounts to only 12.5 raked hands).

ACCOUNT CLOSURE PROCEDURE:

Dormant Accounts:

When an account has been dormant for 180 days an e-mail will go out to the player to notify the player that there is a balance in the account. Should the player not claim the balance it will be removed and put into a suspense account. However the player can at any time request the funds to be returned.

At Players Request:

When a player requests an account closure the balance on the player’s account is made available for the player to cash in. Normal required cash in documents will be requested and wagering terms and conditions will apply.

Fraud /Chargebacks:

Funds are withheld in all circumstances regarding Fraud and Chargeback issues. Only if these issues are resolved to our satisfaction, will a balance in a player’s account be refunded

Players with Gambling Problems:

Funds are refunded provided the wagering requirements are met. Bonuses will not be refunded – only funds in the Cash Account.

PLAYERS RIGHT TO CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNTS:

Players are able to have their accounts closed at any time. In order to facilitate this, we would require an account closure request in writing. It would be necessary for players to send required documents and Approved Purchase Reports in order to cash in as per the normal cash in procedures.
